Dr. Mark Ware spends decades researching the safety and effectiveness of cannabis in pain and symptom management, changing opinions in the medical community. The cross-sectional, voluntary National Cannabis Survey (NCS) uses an Internet-based electronic questionnaire, and its content was developed in consultation with several government departments.Note 23 The survey's target population is the household population aged 15 years and older, excluding residents of institutions, people experiencing homelessness, residents of the territories and people living on Indigenous reserves.
